B.I.K.E.S.  Ride & Event Schedule                                BICYCLE HELMETS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL BIKE RIDES

 December Rides

WEEKDAY

Tuesday—Thursday, December/ 4, 7, 11, 14, 21, 28 — Ride to Everett and back meet at  10:00 AM at the Harbour Pointe Evangelical Lutheran Church on the NW corner of  Harbour Pointe Boulevard and Harbour Hights Pkway (address is 5425 Harbour Pointe Boulevard, Mukilteo, WA  - Web mappers point to wrong location). Route: Harbour Pointe Boulevard, Mukilteo Speedway, Mukilteo Boulevard to Forest Park and Everett, then at 44th we take the trail back to E/W Casino Way. 20 easy miles. Pace:social, terrain:B. We cancel only for strong winds or snow. Call Pier (425)349-5065

Thursdays, December 14th and 28th — leaving at 9am on the Centennial Trail in Snohomish on Maple and Pine.  15 miles social plus pace heavy rains cancel. For questions contact Perry Walker at 425-268-3409 or perrywalker@hotmail.com.

WEEKEND

Saturday, December 2 — Last Chance Miles. Meet at Cedarcrest Middle School on 88th Street in Marysville at 9:30 a.m. for a ride up the hill and a tour of the possible new McClinchy loop through Cisco Heights. Ride length about 26 miles, but we can add a few if you need them. Bring snacks as we¹re saving our big meal for the club party later. Map provided, and we¹ll regroup at key turns and hilltops as well, so all paces welcome (leader will be going moderate). Rain should not deter us, but call Ride Leader Kristin if you¹re wondering, 360-658-2462.

Saturday,  Evening December 2 — Christmas party light ride 5:00 Join me for a leisurely ride from the community room (see party address) This will be a short (about 5 miles)  returning along Lake Serene.  This is a night ride to view (and show off) holiday lights.  A headlights and taillights are required, lights, garland and other bicycle decorations are encouraged.

Saturday, December 9th McCollum Park – Snohomish – Everett:  Standard  east to Cathcart then Snohomish, Everett on the trestle bike lane  and return via the Wendell Wiggle with a food stop wherever, social pace ,some hills. Sunday Dec. 17th
  — Mill Creek ramble; 25ish miles, social+ pace, heavy weather cancels. Start at our house 9:30 (or TOP Foods if you prefer), use trail and roads south around Mill Creek and return; A terrain. Several choices of eateries afterwards. Dan & Elaine 425-355-4510

Saturday December 23rd Everett Snohomish Lake Stevens. The mall parking lots are full, let's go for a ride.  around 25 miles leave from the north east corner of Garfield Park (2 blocks East of 23rd and Walnut) Social pace, some hills rain shortens, snow and ice cancel.
