Money Available to Support Cycling

B.I.K.E.S. Club of Snohomish County, a non-profit recreational bicycle club, is accepting grant requests.  Snohomish County organizations that support bicycling and bike safety for children or adults will be considered. Previous grants have ranged from $100 - $1000.   Grants totaling up to $2,500 will be awarded by the end of June.
 

Previous grants have ranged from $100 to $1,000 and have supported kids bike helmets, bike racks, bike rodeos and bicycles for low income youth. Requests should include a description of the project, the number of people expected to be impacted and the organization requesting the grant.
 

Grant requests should be postmarked by June 8 via mail or received by Monday, June 11via email.  Submit requests to president@bikesclub.org or B.I.K.E.S, PO Box 5242, Everett, WA, 98206.

Grant Meeting June 13

A special club meeting to review grant applications will be held on Wednesday, June 13 at 6 p.m. at Alfy’s Pizza on north Broadway in Everett. All members are welcome to assist with this process.
