Trailer and Bike Box
Free to Members BIKES Club owns a BOB Trailer that attaches easily to most bikes and
a bike box for airline travel. Club members can borrow either one for free
with a $40.00 deposit. Contact a club officer to schedule.

Skagit Tulip ride - start at Conway Elementary 10:00, ride through Fir
Island and the tulip fields, eat at the Co-op in Mt. Vernon. Social+ pace,
regroups, nasty weather cancels. Call for details and carpool coordination.

McClinchy Mile Ride
What better way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than the 26th
Anniversary McClinchy Mile? All club members are encouraged to participate
in one way or another on March 15.
In addition to helping on the day of the event, volunteers are also needed
to paint the routes on March 8 (weather dependent – see Ride Calendar).
On March 15, we need help at registration, parking, food stops, sag support
and clean-up. Call Debby Grant (425-778-5530) or Bill Weber (425-252-9587)
ASAP and see what jobs are left unfilled.
All volunteers are invited to join the club for dinner after the ride around
5 p.m. in Arlington (location TBD) as thanks for your efforts.
Riding McClinchy
is also a way to support the club. Make sure to sign up by March 7 to get
your free Halo headband. And don’t forget to report your own miles for the
BIKES Club Frequent Rider program (email Pier). Day-of-ride volunteers often
get in a few miles as well, so bring your bike!
