Light up the New Year Ride

Meet at the parking lot behind La Palmera in Mill Creek at 2:45 for a 3:00 p.m. start. 

Meandering, very social pace, appx. 15 mile evening ride in the Mill Creek area, to celebrate the New Years and see some of the holiday lights on display before the season ends. 

Mostly A terrain with some gentle grades.   

IMPORTANT to bring a bright headlight, and have both front and a rear flashing light, and wear bright and reflective clothing.  If you have extra decorative lights for your bike all the better and adds to festivities. 

Optional group dinner at La Palmera after riding.  Ride will take about 90 minutes, and route may change and/or shorten a bit at ride leaders discretion. 

I expect to finish as it starts to get dark, but we should be back to the parking lot by 4:30 or 5:00 at the latest. 

Weather may be an issue, check ride updates before leaving.  Rain/ice/snow or predictions thereof will cancel this ride.
