Halloween Social Pace Spooktacular 

Sunday, October 31st, 10:00 a.m. 

If you DARE.  

Meet at 9:45 at the parking lot near El Paraiso.  We'll bike up to Everett party on trail and part urban road (some busy areas of traffic)... Will make a brief stop to pay our respects to the ghosts of Everett past at the Evergreen Cemetery on 41st.  Expect to walk a bit with your bike through the grounds, or wait near the entrance if you'd like.  

We will continue down 41st (steeper downhill) and take the newer Riverfront Boulevard north and up into Everett and stop at the Farmers Market for maybe 30 minutes or so before heading back south.  

Optional lunch after the ride at El Paraiso.  Unfortunately, the patio area is closed for the season, so we will lunch indoors, bring masks to enter the restaurant and only come if you feel comfortable doing so.  

About 19 miles - Social Pace - 11 to 12 mph on flats.  Most of the elevation gain on this ride is on the way back south, but there are a few short steeper grades and one or two short steep downhill areas too.
