North Lake Washington Loop Ride - Steady Pace

Meet at 10:15 AM for a 10:30 AM roll out at Log Boom Park in Kenmore on the Burke-Gilman Trail. 

Weather is looking nice to ride this Thursday, July 7th. Let's ride the same route as Rick Proctor's moderate paced ride, but behind them at a more relaxed steady pace. I hope you will join me.

This lake-loop ride goes clockwise on the Sammamish River Trail, 520 Trail, Burke-Gilman Trail and interconnecting streets. The route crosses Lake Washington on the 520 floating bridge. Lunch at Metropolitan Market at Mile 26.

Word is out - Log Boom Park is now open with nice restrooms and water available. Additional rest stops also available at miles ~6 & ~10. Bring sufficient water and snacks just in case.

Steady pace (12-14 mph). 34 miles, A/B terrain with 1,044 feet of elevation gain.
