El Paraiso to North Everett - Social Pace

Thursday, September 8th, 10:30 a.m.

Meet at the El Paraiso restaurant (okay to park near the restaurant) at 10:15 for check in and safety briefing.  20 miles from the Silver Lake area up to Legion Park.  Social pace (10-11 mph on the flats).

A and B terrain, meaning there are some hills, nothing very steep, but most of the elevation gain will be on the way back south, it's mostly gentle uphill.  Expect to ride some on bike trail and some on busier section of roadway in Everett with some traffic.

On the way back south, we will make a brief stop at the new Emma Yule Park near the YMCA to check that out.  One of our club members (Deb Fox) was instrumental in naming that park after one of Everett's first woman educators.

Optional lunch after the ride at El Paraiso.
