Did Cindy have a good route to see the daffodils?  Yes.  Yes she did.  I brazenly and shamelessly copied it.

Tuesday, March 28th, 10:30 AM, at the Skagit River Park Walk.  Meet at 10:15 near the tulip statue for a 10:30 roll out.  The route is 27 miles of almost pancake flat, mostly quiet, rural chip seal roads.  There a are couple of miles on busier roads (with decent shoulders) and a bridge crossing at the start and end.  We'll ride near that top of the 12-14 mile steady pace range but with many stops at the daffodil fields for appreciation and pictures.

Restrooms are available at the start of the ride and in La Conner.  Bring the usual: water, snacks, flat repair tools, etc.   If it's breezy bring a decent wind jacket since the photo stops may get chilly.

I'm planning on stopping at Rachawadee Thai after the ride.  It's a hole in the wall so I usually get takeout and sit at the picnic tables at the River Walk Park.  There are many other options along the river front as well.

E-bike riders please be aware of the club's E-bike policy
