Calling all Ice Cream Fans! This is Debbie K's 2023 ice cream route and we're heading there again. If the weather cooperates, we will climb some hills to Maltby in sunny conditions and stop mid-way for treats at the Snoqualmie Ice Cream Scoop Shop! We will meet at the Mill Creek Sports Park at 10:15am for a 10:30am start. The Scoop Shop opens at 12 noon, hence a later than normal meeting time.
The route is 24 miles, 1200 -1300 ft of elevation gain at a 12-14/mph pace. Some climbing, some nice descents. Please note: this route requires about a 1/4 mile passage on Highway 9 with a left turn onto 188th St w/o benefit of a signal.
