Description of route: Head North on the Centennial Trail - take Finn Settlement to Lake Cavenaugh. Take Deer Creek road with steep, gravel descent towards Oso. Whitehorse trail back to Cenntennial Trail

Planned stops: new RR at  boat launch on Lake C. bring snacks

Weather constraints: rain or shine. Early start due to rain forecasted for PM

Other important details: about a third of this ride is not paved and is not suitable for road bikes, chunky gravel reported on newly reopened section of Whitehorse trail. Unknown condition of gravel on Deer Creek road  which incudes a  steep descent.

Please arrive early for a briefing, bring a copy of the route, a phone and be ready to roll out at the start time.
