Ride this Mount Baker Bicycle Club Metric Century with a group of BIKES Club moderate pace riders:

• This is a different route than last year.
• You must register and pay the fee for this fundraiser event ride at Chuckanut Classic - Mount Baker Bicycle Club.
• Also register for this moderate pace group ride if you want to ride with this group of friends.  Group size limited to 8.

Meet at Portal Container Village at 298 W Laurel Street in Bellingham, WA ride registration area at 8:15 AM for an 8;30 AM rollout.  Moderate pace (14 – 16 mph).  62 miles.  1,766 feet of gain, A & B and maybe some C terrain.  

This challenging 62-mile route has great scenery, touring north-western Whatcom County, along the shores of Drayton Harbor, Birch Bay, Bellingham Bay and country roads of the Whatcom County.  This north route offers spectacular views of Mount Baker as it stretches to meet the sky, as well as incredible views of the Canadian Cascades, Mount Shuksan, the Twin Sisters, Birch Bay, and Vancouver Island.

This moderate pace group ride is intended for 2-wheel road or gravel bikes ridden by experienced bicyclists.
