BLYTH PARK TO SANDPOINT (MAGNUSEN PARK) SOCIAL PACE

Wednesday, October 28th.  Meet at 9:45 for a 10 a.m. roll out from Blyth Park in Bothell.

Ride is about 23 miles mostly on the Burke Gilman trail. Social pace (10-11 mph) and mostly "A" terrain with a bit of climbing coming out of Magnusen Park on the way back.

We will loop through some of the area along the waterfront at Magnusen Park and then stop for lunch at the Magnusen Cafe near the Cascade Bicycle Club.

This ride is 90% trail, but you should know that the BG trail can be busy at times, and rough in spots.  We will be making some tight turns going into and coming out of Magnusen Park and crossing busy Sandpoint Way to access the trail.  You should feel CONFIDENT that you and your bike are up for this ride.  We also may be walking a short distance to access the trail going back north.

If you have any questions about the ride let me know.

Restrooms are available at the start and mid-point of this ride.
